Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery time
United States: 7–14 calendar days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside our control. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched — use this to monitor your delivery in real time via our tracking page.

Order not arrived?
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 or more consecutive days, or your order has not arrived within 20 calendar days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at support@adiraa.co and we'll look into it straight away.

Incorrect address
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
